This is a marketing video of Waters Homes Woodlands Green development near Alfreton, Derbyshire. It was recorded early morning when the sun had only recently risen giving beautiful golden light. The housing development has about 30 homes, with some people having already moved in. There are still some houses under construction. All footage was captured with a drone.
